FURNITURE RETAIL CASE STUDY
Homeflair: catalogue, visibility and ecommerce growth
Strategy led by Idris Olaide. Delivered through SeedSprout.
Starting position
Homeflair had a substantial Shopify catalogue and needed stronger technical foundations, clearer product information and a joined-up acquisition and retention system.
Work completed
The SeedSprout team rebuilt and optimised catalogue elements, handled 321 redirects and improved 756 products. The wider programme connected search visibility, ecommerce merchandising and email audience development.
Measurement
SeedSprout reports 494% growth, a number-one local position, 150% sales growth and more than 1,000 email subscribers. These figures are reported case-study outcomes; this page does not claim that one channel or change caused every result independently.
What the work shows
Large furniture catalogues need coordinated technical, merchandising and retention work. Redirects protect discoverability, product improvements reduce buying uncertainty and email creates an audience the retailer can reach again.
Limitations
Commercial performance can also be affected by product mix, pricing, seasonality, stock and offline activity. Future updates will add dated source screenshots and a fixed reporting period when approved for publication.
